The Juvely Beta is supplied by us "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you in it's whole.

The Juvely Beta is pre-release software, does not represent the final version of Juvely, may contain bugs and other problems that could cause failures and data loss. You agree not to use The Juvely Beta for mission- or business-critical work. Furthermore you agree not to sue us if anything goes wrong during or related to your use of The Juvely Beta. We reserve the right not to release a final version of Juvely.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. You agree that we, at our sole discretion, may elect to bring legal action regarding any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions before the courts of England, the United Kingdom or in any court in any country and you herewith irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts chosen by us.
